Amy Small

Amy Small is the Executive Director of Talent and Idea Support at Team One. Amy has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, including stints at some of the most highly-revered advertising agencies in the country.

Amy began their career in 1999 as an account executive at TBWA Chiat/Day. Amy quickly rose through the ranks and became an HR manager at Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles in 2003. In 2011, they left to join The Watts Group, an executive recruiting firm specializing in job placements within advertising agencies. Amy stayed with The Watts Group for less than a year before joining Team One in 2012.

At Team One, Amy is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to the agency. Amy has helped Team One build a reputation as a great place to work, attracting some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.

Amy is a highly respected figure in the advertising world, and their work has helped shape the careers of many of today’s top creatives.

Amy Small obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
