Tera Morris

Tera Morris is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in strategy, data science, and advanced analytics, currently working at Team One since November 2012. In this role, Tera manages key strategic initiatives, departmental budgets exceeding $1 million, and vendor relationships while acting as a critical thought partner to the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Data Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Spare Backup, Inc. where Tera implemented best practices and managed staff operations, and at Younessi Motorsports, where Tera oversaw financial forecasting and fiscal responsibilities.
