Raza Faisal

Raza Faisal has a diverse work experience in various companies. Raza started as an Associate Consultant at HRSI in 2010 and progressed to become an Assistant Manager Executive Search before leaving in 2012. Raza then joined IBEX | Global as an HR Business Leader and worked on business integration initiatives and recruitment. In 2014, they returned to HRSI as a Manager Executive Search and eventually became the Group Manager Executive Search, responsible for talent acquisition projects for multinational and national companies. In 2015, they joined Unilever as an HR Business Partner Supply Chain, where they handled various responsibilities including capability building, performance management, and CSR initiatives. Lastly, they are currently working at Team Reactivate as a Business Director, focusing on internal transformation and optimizing business performance.

Raza Faisal completed their O & A Levels at Beaconhouse School Systems from 1999 to 2005. Raza then pursued a BBA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Business Management from 2006 to 2010.
