Eric Knapp is a workforce development leader with a focus on building systems that create lasting opportunities for students, veterans, and underserved communities. Currently serving as Program Manager of Workforce Development at Team Rubicon, Eric leads initiatives connecting veterans and civilians with training and employment in skilled trades. Formerly, Eric was the CTAE Instructional Coordinator for DeKalb County Schools, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, and technology programs. Eric's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Middle Grades Math and Science Education from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Western Carolina University. Additionally, Eric founded Education Enhanced to support STEM-focused program development in schools and nonprofits.
