Laura Block

Laura Block is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in disaster response, medical services, and volunteer leadership. Currently serving as the East Branch Membership Lead and Volunteer Leader at Team Rubicon since September 2017, Laura actively engages in various community support initiatives, including disaster recovery and veteran assistance. In addition to roles as a BLS/CPR Heart-Saver/First Aid Instructor with the American Heart Association and Chief Lemonade Compounder and Bottle Washer for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, Laura has held leadership positions in NC VOAD and provided medical services at Anime Weekend Atlanta. Laura's background also includes a clinical pharmacist role at Rockdale Medical Center and participation in emergency preparedness efforts with CA-4 DMAT/GA-3 DMAT. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University and an EMT-B certification from Nash Community College.
