Mark Coffin has extensive experience in disaster response and veterans' outreach, currently serving in disaster response at Team Rubicon since March 2014 and as the Veteran Outreach Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Omaha from May 2014 to January 2026, focusing on assisting veterans in the Omaha community. A military veteran, Mark Coffin held significant roles within the U.S. armed forces and various commands, including Cyber Branch Lead at United States Strategic Command and Deputy Director for the Network Warfare Center at U.S. European Command, where responsibilities included planning and execution of computer network operations. Mark Coffin's earlier roles also encompass team leadership and strategic intelligence analysis across multiple military divisions, showcasing a broad skill set in both operational leadership and community service.
