Ryan McCourt currently serves as the Director of Transportation Operations at CORT since April 2024 and has held the position of Assistant Chief, Member, and EMT with Cumberland County Search and Rescue - Team 400 since July 2022. Additionally, Ryan is a Private Investor for Carrick Rangers, a NIFL Premiership Football Club, starting in January 2025. As a Volunteer Leader with Team Rubicon since September 2016, Ryan has also gained extensive experience in transportation planning roles, including Transportation Planning Manager at Vroom and Senior Transportation Planner at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. Previous positions include Area Manager Transportation at Walmart, Transportation Coach and Support Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Trafficking/AP Manager at English Riding Supply Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration at Boston College from 2024 to 2025.
