Steve Cavin

Steve Cavin, CSM, is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at GuardTexas, Inc. since October 2020, overseeing business operations and risk management in collaboration with executive leadership. Previous roles include Director of Training and Development at GuardTexas, Volunteer at Team Rubicon, and Substitute Teacher for Kenosha Unified School District. Additionally, Steve held various managerial positions in security training, emergency services, and business operations at companies such as Security Industry Specialists, Cobalt Equipment, and AIT Worldwide Logistics. A former Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, Steve has a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
