Carissa Gappa

Carissa Gappa is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in leading product development and analytics efforts. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at TEAM Software since August 2018, Carissa focuses on reporting and data analytics for ERP and workforce management platforms. Prior to this role, Carissa held various positions at DTN / The Progressive Farmer, including Industry Product Manager and Product Manager, where responsibilities included prioritizing development activities, conducting market research, and managing project deliveries to meet customer satisfaction goals. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BA in Marketing with Management Emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa.
