Chris Shumaker

Chris Shumaker currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at TEAM Software, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Client Liaison at Insperity from April 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included aligning services with client needs and facilitating account review meetings. From November 2014 to March 2020, Chris held the position of Customer Success Manager at Northwoods, contributing to solutions for case managers and social workers. Chris's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Solution Analyst and Business Development Associate. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami University, earned in 2014, and graduated from Thomas Worthington High School in 2010.
