Louise Allen

Louise Allen is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in support and operational systems management. Currently serving as Director of Support at TEAM Software by WorkWave since July 2019, Louise manages a team to deliver top-notch technical support services and ensures service level agreements are met. Prior to this role, Louise held various leadership positions at Tarmac from August 2009 to 2019, including Operational Systems Manager and Applications Manager, where responsibilities included delivering IT strategy and overseeing system projects and support. Earlier experience includes roles at Continental Automotive Systems and Siemens VDO Automotive, focusing on SAP solutions and systems development. Louise began their career as a Sales Assistant at HMV in 1995.
