Shelby Moon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. They started their career as a Freelance Photographer at Shelby Moon Imaging, where they worked on a commission basis, specializing in photography and also providing graphic design and image restoration services. During this time, Shelby learned important skills in business management and client communication.
After their freelance work, Shelby joined Moss River for a brief period of three months in 2016 as a Sales Associate. They were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique luxury linen store, undertaking administrative duties, sales, customer service, and interior design tasks. They also assisted with online sales in the e-commerce department.
Moving forward, Shelby joined Freedom Australia as a Bedroom Specialist Sales Consultant from October 2016 to September 2017. They provided expert guidance to customers relating to bedroom furniture sales.
In 2017, Shelby became a Sales Consultant at Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd, where they worked until 2019. During this period, they focused on sales activities and ensured customer satisfaction.
From 2019 to 2021, Shelby worked as a Store Team Member at Linen House Australia, gaining experience in various aspects of store operations.
In 2021, Shelby transitioned to EstimateOne as a Customer Experience Consultant, providing support to customers. Later, in 2022, they assumed the role of a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring the success of clients until 2023.
Currently, Shelby is employed at TEAM Software by WorkWave as a Customer Success Manager, a role they have held since 2023.
Shelby Moon completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) from Bacchus Marsh Secondary College, during the period of 2007 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Professions from 2015 to 2016.
