Vivian Woo

Vivian Woo is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for APAC at TEAM Software since November 2020. With a strong background in workforce management solutions, Vivian has previously held positions such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at TEAM Software. Prior to this, Vivian was an Account Manager at Nintex, contributing to process management and automation for a diverse client base. Additional experience includes roles as Expansion Manager at Promapp and NZ Installed Base Business Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and project execution across various industries. Vivian's career began as a Business Analyst at HP, focusing on developing strategic business plans.
