Anders Christiansen

Anders Christiansen is a recruitment and Web3 ecosystem professional who founded Priority Recruitment in 2012 after identifying a gap in contingent recruitment where personal touch was being lost. They served as Managing Director of Priority Recruitment from 2012 to 2024 and provided specialist recruitment services in the blockchain and crypto space since 2019. They are the founder of Beyond Culture (2024–Present) and hold current roles as Manchester Lead/Strategic Advisor at Superteam UK, Head of Talent Management at Raiku, and Co-Founder of Team Stack. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays (2010–2012), a Sales Advisor at Tec7 (2006–2008), and Deputy Manager at JYSK (2008–2009), and held strategic advisory roles at Brand Ninja (2023–2024) and Sugarverse (2022–2023).
