Gavin Watts

Gavin Watts has extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on leadership and management. Gavin currently serves as the Group Head of HR at Empowering Learning Ltd, TimePlan Education Group Limited, and Team Teach Ltd, all starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Royal Household as an HR Manager from September 2019 to January 2021, where they provided HR support to various departments within the organization. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at HMV Retail Ltd from January 2018 to September 2019, focusing on HR operations and support for regional and store management teams. Gavin'swork experience also includes roles at Waitrose & Partners, where they held positions such as Department Manager, HR Manager, and Recruitment/Training Manager from 2007 to 2017.
