Ray G. is the Director of Quality at Team Wendy, bringing extensive global business acumen in strategic planning and organizational development. With a background in the regulated manufacturing industry, they have developed quality, environmental health, and safety programs, as well as delivered training effectively. Ray has held several leadership roles, including Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at The Elco Corporation and Sr. Manager of Quality at Ranpak, and has served as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Macy's Equitable Federal Credit Union. Educated with a DBA in Global Business & Leadership from California Intercontinental University, Ray has also contributed to educational institutions as an adjunct at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
