Emma Bates has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as an Executive Producer at Team17 Digital since June 2014. Over the years, Emma has held various roles, including Lead Producer, Senior Producer, Experienced Producer, and Producer, overseeing significant projects such as Overcooked 2 and The Survivalists across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing project delivery from concept to release, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and enhancing production methodologies within an agile framework. Prior to this, Emma worked as an Assistant Producer, Release Coordinator, Lead QA, Senior QA, and QA Assistant, specializing in ensuring game quality through meticulous testing and risk assessment. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphics for Games from the University of Bradford and a foundation degree in Art and Design from Lincoln College.
