Samuel Long

Samuel Long is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at Team17 Digital since March 2023. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Service Desk Manager at the University of Huddersfield from November 2021 to March 2023 and held the position of IMT Service Management Lead at Norfolk County Council from August 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included incident management, knowledge database oversight, and leading the IMT Service Desk. Samuel's career began with hands-on roles including Desktop Support Technician and Service Desk Analyst, ultimately leading to co-founding Dark Cleo Productions, a social enterprise for diverse gamers.
