Arnoud Wijnands

Arnoud Wijnands is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, performance management, and software development. Currently serving as Chief People & Performance and Principal Consultant at Team4Code since March 2014, Arnoud focuses on connecting businesses with top talent in software development and agile methodologies. In addition, Arnoud is the Chairman of the MT Leadership Forum, which fosters collaboration among executives, and serves as Secretary for the Xperience Foundation, dedicated to keeping older adults active in the workforce. Previous roles include CEO of Marviq, where Arnoud led a team specializing in software staffing and custom application development, as well as various managerial positions in sales, marketing, and project development across multiple companies, including XB Managed Services and KPN Netwerk Bouw. Arnoud holds a degree in Technical Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
