Mark Friedman

Mark Friedman is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Intel Corporation, currently responsible for managing litigation, regulatory matters, antitrust support of mergers & acquisitions and antitrust counseling.

Since joining Intel in 1996, Mark has provided legal support to a wide range of Intel business organizations and the Intel Foundation. Mark was a participant in the Intel Education Service Corps in 2011, traveling to Uganda to teach computing to students living in the slums outside of Kampala.

Prior to joining Intel in 1996, Mark was an Associate Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City, where he specialized in antitrust and international trade law, and a Law Clerk to Judge Jane Restani at the United States Court of International Trade.

Since 2017, Mark has also served on the Board of Directors of Pro Bono Net, a national non-profit dedicated to increasing access to justice for the disadvantaged through the use of innovative technology solutions and expertise in building justice networks.
