Lara Herpers

Lara Herpers has a diverse work experience history. Lara is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Team5pm, a data-driven video agency. Prior to this, they worked as the Chair of Advisory Board for Mental Health Research at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Lara also has experience as a Relatietherapeut at Lara Herpers | Relatiewerk and as an Organisatieadviseur/psycholoog at KeytoeY and Werkrelatie. Lara has previously held roles as an HR Business Partner & Adviseur Learning & Development at Mediahuis nv, Head of People at Wayne Parker Kent, (Team) Coach, trainer, and organisatieadviseur at Berckeley Square, and as a Zelfstandig professional at their own company. Lara also worked as a Programmamaker at De Baak.

Lara Herpers has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology for Work, Health, and Organization from Utrecht University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Lara also holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University, obtained from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they completed a pre-master program in Business at London Metropolitan University. In 2020, Lara pursued an Emotionally Focused Therapy Basis & Verdieping Opleiding in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at the EFT netwerk. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed a Leergang Corporate Anthropology at the academie voor organisatiecultuur. Prior to their university education, they attended Maaswaal College from 1998 to 2004 and received a VWO diploma with a focus on Economics & Society.
