Tom Schoufs

Tom Schoufs is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the media and content production industries. As Co-Founder of Team5pm since May 2018, Tom has leveraged data-driven insights to deliver effective content for brands. Tom also co-founded 5PM Deutschland in January 2021 and previously co-founded Studio Catwise in May 2020. Prior roles include Creative Director at RTL Nederland B.V. and Senior Creative at RTL Nederland, as well as positions in creative development at IdtV and Endemol, where Tom held various creative and managerial roles. Early experiences include an internship at Q-MEDIA focusing on production and post-production. Tom holds a BA in Communication & Multimedia Design from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and furthered education with a NIMA-B certification.
