Bar Naveh

Bar Naveh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development, currently serving as a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager at Team8 since June 2025. As the Owner of Scubar since January 2018, Bar also held several key roles at the 8200 Alumni Association from December 2021 to June 2025, including Head of Business Development and Head of Industrial Relations. Other notable positions include acting as an Ambassador at Aharai TECH and serving as a Strategic Advisor for the Israel Diving Authority, overseeing training programs and regulatory compliance from March 2021 to June 2025. Bar's background in education includes teaching robotics at Tactics education and working internationally as a Scuba Diving Instructor and manager from August 2013 to November 2017. Bar's education comprises a Master’s degree in Data Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Ruppin Academic Center.
