Eldad Rom

Dr. Eldad Rom is Team8’s VP of Organizational Development. In this capacity, Eldad provides consultancy services for the platform’s portfolio companies. Eldad is a certified psychologist with more than 20 years of field experience. In his work Eldad is fully committed to apply simple, practical, and concrete solutions for our startups’ founders, and assist them in their continuous endeavour towards organizational excellence. Aside from his role in Team8, Eldad is the owner of an Israeli-based organizational consultancy agency and holds a doctoral degree (with highest distinction) from Bar Ilan University.
