Noa Hen

Noa Hen serves as the Strategy & Business Operations Manager at Team8 since July 2023, managing product strategy and operations for Team8 Enterprise, which focuses on AI, cybersecurity, and data, overseeing 15 portfolio companies and leading the ideation and product strategy for new startups. Previously, Noa worked at Strategy& from November 2020 to July 2023 as an Engagement Manager, specializing in M&A and go-to-market strategies for technology firms and co-authoring PwC's M&A playbook. Noa's early career included roles at the Israel Defense Forces from January 2016 to October 2019, culminating in the position of Head of Data Analytics Department, leading a multidisciplinary team of 21 professionals, and prior experience in data product management and analysis. Noa holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Tel Aviv University, where Noa was an Adi Lautman scholar, and also served as a Teaching Assistant in Political Philosophy at the same institution from October 2022 to May 2023.
