Rupert Keeley

Rupert Keeley has held senior executive roles leading banking and payment businesses across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. With extensive board and advisory experience in various sectors, Rupert served as Visa Inc.’s Group President for the APAC and CEMEA regions and PayPal’s EVP for EMEA and CEO of PayPal's European bank. Currently, Rupert is an adviser to the NatWest Group, a non-executive Director for NewDay, and a board member for the Dubai Financial Services Authority. Rupert's educational background includes an MBA from Bayes Business School and a BSc from The University of Manchester.
