Steve Sparkes

Stephen Sparkes is an experienced information security executive and board member with a strong background in financial services technology. Currently, Stephen serves as a Board Member at FS-ISAC and is the Chief Information Security Officer at Scotiabank, following a role as Managing Director and Head of Cyber Security Technology at Bank of America. Stephen's career includes significant leadership positions such as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included creating a unified Technology and Information Risk organization, and prior roles at Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Salomon Brothers, and Logica. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Accountancy from the University of Stirling.
