Elizabeth P.

Elizabeth P. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Elizabeth started their career at the US Army, where they held various roles such as NCO within S3, Team Leader SACEUR Communications Travel Team, Theater Network Operation & Security Center Battle Captain, and Wideband Satellite Operations Center Satellite Network Controller. During their time in the army, they successfully completed missions providing communications support and maintained the integrity of networks and equipment.

After their military service, Elizabeth worked as an Information Security Systems Engineer at Texas Woman's University and later transitioned to the role of Application Development Manager. In these positions, they managed teams, conducted performance reviews, identified training needs, and set long-term goals for their team and team members.

Elizabeth then joined Amazon Web Services as a Cloud Support Associate, where they provided customer service for various AWS offerings and resolved numerous business cases. Elizabeth also provided training on Application Services to other engineers.

Following their time at AWS, Elizabeth worked at DocuNav Solutions as a Solutions Architect/Sr. Project Manager. In this role, they managed projects, assisted in negotiating software sales, and led a team of engineers. Elizabeth also played a key role in software and solution implementation, conducted customer training, and advised stakeholders on IT issues.

Currently, Elizabeth is working at TeamDynamix as a Senior Solutions Engineer. Elizabeth'sresponsibilities include providing technical consulting and sales support services to clients, leading sandbox projects to enhance product adoption, and contributing to increased sales of TDX Work Management products.

Elizabeth P. has a diverse education history. In 2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Executive Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology, also at Texas Woman's University. In 2005, they earned an AA degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, in 2002 and 2003, Elizabeth attended Tarrant County College, although no specific degree was mentioned for that period.

Apart from their formal education, Elizabeth P. has obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they received the ITIL 4 Foundations certification from PeopleCert. In 2008, they completed the DSCS Information Management System (DIMS) Training Course at ITT Industries Systems Division and the Global Satellite configuration Control Element (GSCCE) Training Course at Boeing. In 2007, they completed the Defense Satellite communications System (DSCS) Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) Control System (DFCS) Training Course at ITT Industries Systems Division. In 2006, Elizabeth finished the Replacement Satellite configuration Control Element (RSCCE) Training Course at ITT Industries Systems Division. In 2005, they completed the Satellite Network Coordinator Training (ASI 1C) Course at the US Army, and in 2004, they finished the AN/USC 28 Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCM) Training Course and the Satellite Systems Operator/Maintainer Training (25S) Course, both at the US Army. Lastly, in 2017, Elizabeth obtained the Hyland OnBase Workflow Certification, and in 2016, they earned the ITIL Foundations certification from Lynda.com.
