Tiffany Linhardt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked at Best Buy as a Business Technology Specialist, assisting small business owners in finding suitable enterprise solutions. During this role, they educated clients about important investments such as data security. Beginning in 2010, Tiffany joined the University of Georgia, initially as an IT Professional Associate, providing IT support to academic departments and offering web updates and graphic design services. Tiffany was subsequently promoted to an IT Professional Specialist, where they took on a leadership and mentoring role within a team supporting multiple units. In 2014, Tiffany became an IT Manager for the North Campus Client Services Division of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, overseeing IT resources and services alignment with faculty and staff needs. In 2018, they advanced to the role of Senior IT Manager, responsible for managing the Client Services and Systems Management teams. Finally, in 2022, Tiffany transitioned to TeamDynamix as a Solutions Engineer, working collaboratively with sales and customer success to deliver demonstrations and act as a subject matter expert on work management and iPaaS platforms.
Tiffany Linhardt obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Tiffany holds additional certifications in various fields, including Agile Scrum Essentials, Demo2Win!, ITIL® Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Design, ITIL® Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Strategy, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and ITIL Foundation Level.
