Ellice Cross

Ellice Cross has extensive experience in marketing and business operations, currently serving as Brand and Marketing Lead at ecap since November 2025. Previously, Ellice held various roles at ecap, including Head of Business Operations from April 2019 to October 2021, and worked as a Marketing Manager at Monstarlab EMEA from October 2021 to September 2023. Additional experience includes positions as an Essential Banker and Personal Banker at Barclays from April 2015 to August 2016, and Operations Manager and Client Relationship Manager at One Business Centre in early 2018. Ellice obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design with Distinction * x 3 from Aylesbury College between 2012 and 2014.
