Eric Johnson, M.S., is an educator and health fitness professional with diverse experience in teaching and fitness training. Currently a teacher at Plano Independent School District and Uplift Education since July 2023 and September 2020 respectively, Eric also serves as a health fitness professional at EXOS and the owner and CEO of NxHealth Solutions. Previous experience includes a role as a certified personal trainer at Anytime Fitness and Texas Family Fitness. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Health Science from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Wesleyan University, supplemented by an Associate of Arts in General Studies.
