With previous experience in various roles such as Youth Development coach at a scouting network, Regional Senior Scout at Rotherham United FC, and Senior Opposition Scout at Aston Villa FC, Mike has a strong background in player recruitment and scouting. Mike has also worked at Gillingham FC and Queens Park Rangers FC in similar roles. Mike holds a City & Guilds degree in Mechanics from Army Apprentices College, Chepstow.
