Mike R. is currently the Head of Recruitment at The Higher Sports Academy, Ambassador at TeamFeePay, and Director of Football at Lydd Town Football Club. With previous experience in various roles such as Youth Development coach at a scouting network, Regional Senior Scout at Rotherham United FC, and Senior Opposition Scout at Aston Villa FC, Mike has a strong background in player recruitment and scouting. Mike has also worked at Gillingham FC and Queens Park Rangers FC in similar roles. Mike holds a City & Guilds degree in Mechanics from Army Apprentices College, Chepstow.
