Prior to this, they were the Digital Director at Kester Black, a beauty company that focuses on sustainability and social justice. Before that, they were the VP of Global Marketing at Lexer, where they managed a team of digital strategists. Simon has always been driven by a ambition to provide strategic services and lead teams to success. Simon is a proud Australian and has called Melbourne home for over 10 years.
