Tom Golds is the founder of TeamImprover. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working as a software developer, software development manager, and technical project manager. Tom has delivered a wide range of IT projects for companies in the telecom, energy trading, and wind power industries.

Tom Golds completed a BSc in Computer Science from Teesside University. Tom also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster and from PMI in Project Management Professional (PMP).
