Andre Eland possesses extensive experience in the technical services industry, having held various leadership roles since starting with Leak Repairs Specam B.V. as Ploegleider from March 1980 to April 1992. Andre transitioned to Econ Services - Flowserve - Furmanite, where a supervisory position was held from April 1992 to May 2007. Since June 2007, Andre has been with TEAM, Inc., progressing through multiple key positions, including Senior Technical Specialist, Workforce Manager Europe, Operations Manager, and Head of the Department for Leak Repair Services and Technical Bolting Services.
