David Gunther

David Gunther is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in audit services, internal controls, and compliance. Currently serving as VP Audit Services at TEAM, Inc. since November 2021, David previously held the position of Director of Internal Controls and Compliance at Clear Channel Outdoor. A significant portion of David’s career was spent at TechnipFMC, where responsibilities included leading the remediation of SOX Material Weaknesses following a merger. Prior to that, David served as VP of Internal Audit at Cooper Industries PLC, and as both VP and Division CFO at Enron/GE Wind Corporation. The career began at Deloitte as a Senior Audit Manager. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of British Columbia.
