Joe Lubrant has extensive experience in non-destructive testing and inspection services, currently serving as District Manager for NDT & Heat Treat at TEAM, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Joe was the SE Regional Manager at MISTRAS Group, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2020, and Joe also held the position of VP Operations at Inspection Services from August 2009 to January 2015, where the company was recognized as a full-service NDE/PE service provider certified by the FAA. Additionally, Joe spent a decade as Operations Manager at GE Inspection Services, focusing on P&L leadership in the southeastern United States, and began their career at MQS-Conam, where Joe worked as a Technician/Manager from 1986 to 1999. Joe Lubrant holds a degree from Ball State University.
