Ken Baits

Ken Baits is an experienced sales and management professional with a robust background in the non-destructive testing industry. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at TEAM, Inc. since July 2022, Baits previously held positions including NE Regional Manager at XCEL NDT, Branch Manager at Shawcor Inspection Services, and District Manager at Hi-Tech Testing. Responsibilities throughout these roles have encompassed profit and loss management, sales growth, staff recruitment and development, and the coordination of operations across multiple facilities. Baits began the career as an Account Manager at Team INC, achieving notable revenue growth, and has an extensive history in sales management dating back to 1995 with MQS Inspection. Baits holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Level II Ultrasonic Angle Beam Inspection certification from Krautkrammer U.T. school.
