They began their career as a Parts Salesman at Mid Cities Honda, later advancing to various managerial roles, including Operations Manager and West Coast Sales Director for The Colt Group, where they excelled in client relations and employee development. In addition to their managerial expertise, Ryan owns RBHworks LLC, specializing in extreme sports art, and continues to promote art events across the western United States. Currently, they serve as the District Manager for TEAM Industrial Services, focusing on operations across the U.S. Mountain States.
