Ryan Theil

Ryan Theil has extensive experience in sales and operations within the inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales, Inspection & Heat Treat at TEAM, Inc. since March 2015, Ryan has held multiple leadership roles including Service Line Director and Division Sales Manager. Prior experience includes the position of National Sales Manager at Pine Environmental Services, where responsibilities encompassed sales leadership, strategic planning, and employee development. Ryan's career began at CTL Thompson as a Structural Steel Inspector, followed by roles at TEAM, Inc. and Ashtead Technology, where project management and account management responsibilities were undertaken. Ryan holds an AAS in Quality Control/Non Destructive Testing from Spartan College of Aeronautics.
