Kate O'Neil

Kate O'Neil is currently the CEO of Teaming, a team management platform that automates various tasks such as 1:1s, team meetings, and goal management. Kate co-founded the company in 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for the Greater Nashville Technology Council starting in December 2021. From 2016 to 2019, Kate worked as the Vice President of Marketing at LeanKit. Kate also held the position of Director of Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing at Salesfusion from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Cloud Sherpas in 2013 and as an Associate Publisher at Hospitality Upgrade from 2009 to 2013. Their career began at TechTarget where they worked as an Account Executive from 2008 to 2009.

Kate O'Neil attended Providence College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to that, they also attended Tabor Academy, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown.
