Marko Nissilä

Marko Nissilä is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Teamit since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions from operational to strategic levels. Previously at Teamit, Marko also held the role of Head of Recruitment, managing both recruitment processes and HR development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group, specializing in open source tech recruitment in Finland. Marko earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2017.
