Ivan Castillo

Ivan Castillo is a seasoned professional with a robust background in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at LINX LLC since November 2025, Ivan previously held the position of Vice President at Megawatt Construction, Inc. from January 2025 to November 2025. Prior to that, Ivan spent over a decade at Direct Line Global, starting as a Project Manager and advancing to Managing Director, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, strategy, and performance. Ivan holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from San Joaquin Delta College.
