Simon Shrestha

Simon Shrestha is a skilled IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Caldwell University. Currently serving as a Jr. System Administrator at TeamLogicIT since May 2019, Simon is responsible for installing and configuring software and hardware, monitoring system performance, conducting network and security assessments, and ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure. Previous roles include Technical Support Specialist and Client Onboarding & Help Desk Support Specialist, where Simon enhanced user experience through technical feedback and operating instructions. Additionally, Simon founded the Nepalese Student Association to foster cultural exchange among students at Caldwell University and worked as a Media Services Assistant and Senior Student Technician, providing technical support and enhancing workplace productivity.
