Roni Tal currently serves as Vice President of Operations at TeamScale, a position held since March 2015, where valuable insights into the growth of tech teams in India have been developed through extensive interactions with Indian talents and global Hi-Tech companies. In addition, Roni Tal has been the Global Head of People & Culture at the India-Israel Innovation HUB since September 2018, focusing on fostering connections and innovation between the hi-tech communities of Delhi/NCR and Israel. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Elad Software Systems from September 2007 to March 2015. Roni Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2007.
