Mirell Põllumäe

Mirell Põllumäe has a wealth of work experience. Mirell began their career in 2016 as an Adult Education Teacher for NGO Tabora. That same year, they also took on the role of Project Manager for the Eesti Leader Liit. In 2018, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Skillcable and also took on the roles of Sales Team Lead and Account Manager for aTalent Eesti. In 2019, they became Marketing Manager for Süü Ää Mahenäksi Vabrik and OKR Coach and Product Trainer for Weekdone. In 2020, they began their role as a Guest Lecturer at MAINOR and the University of Tartu, teaching topics such as measuring business performance, OKR goal-setting and processes. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Customer Success for Wisnio.

Mirell Põllumäe holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Mirell also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Tallinn University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016.
