John Stuart is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in restructuring and distressed private equity. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Bison Square Capital, LLC since November 2009 and as Senior Advisor at Teamshares since August 2022, Stuart has held prominent positions including Managing Director - Restructuring at Alvarez & Marsal from December 2008 to August 2022 and Portfolio Manager for the Distressed Private Equity Group at Highland Capital Management, L.P. from April 2005 to November 2008. Previously, Stuart was Managing Director - Restructuring at Barrier Advisors and spent time at Arthur Andersen & Co. as Manager in the Global Corporate Finance Group.
