Logan Will is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Teamshares since April 2022, Logan leads full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for critical G&A roles, managing talent acquisition for over 95 network companies in sectors such as food and beverage, construction, and manufacturing. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter at ExecuSource, where recruitment productivity was driven for the Denver Branch, and as an Associate at OppenheimerFunds prior to its acquisition by Invesco. Logan began the professional journey as a Human Resources Recruiting Assistant at HireLevel and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
