Frederic Thenault

Frederic Thenault is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in cybersecurity, fintech, and economic development across various emerging markets. As Founder and CEO of TeamShield.ai since May 2023, Frederic leads the development of a zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted collaboration tool tailored for compliance-driven industries. Previously, Frederic founded Advanced Cybersecurity Systems LLC and Syneidis, focusing on cybersecurity and innovative technological solutions. Contributions also include board roles at Fintech Holdings Hong Kong Ltd. and BSCP Hong Kong Ltd., as well as advisory positions in the CAIA Association. Educated at NYU Stern and with a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst certification, Frederic brings a strong finance and business acumen to various ventures, including impactful positions in children’s health and education as well as at the World Bank's MIGA in China.
