Ted L.'s work experience began in 1997 as a Network Engineer at Voicenet. From 1999 to 2007, they worked at Millenianet Corporation as a Network Engineer, where they played a key role in building the business and providing internet services to regional customers. In 2007, Ted joined FusionStorm as a Systems Engineer, later transitioning to the role of Support Operations Supervisor where they supervised service desk teams and traveled to Hong Kong to provide training.
